【1】Work pieces loading（center to center spacing of the work pieces is 1.0m）
【2】 Work pieces move uniformly through the coating booth and whirl during the coating area.The reciprocator (with 3 automatic guns),fixed automatic guns(4 pcs), and the manual gun(1pc at the end of the booth) finish the coating process.
【3】Work pieces move into the oven,then the chain stops.Close the doors of the oven,then start the heating system.
【4】The temperature in the oven rises to 190℃,keep warm for 20 mins.During this meanwhile,load the work pieces in work piece loading area.
【5】Open the doors and start the chain, work pieces in the oven and work pieces out of the oven will move at the same time.Unload the coated work pieces,one cycle ends.
