The pre-treatment combined washing machine has six spray sections, which are mainly composed of various process tanks, tank liquid circulation spray system, bath liquid heating system, closed shed body, exhaust system, and pipeline system. A total of six treatment processes are adopted and spray treatment is adopted. After the pretreatment, the cleanliness meets customer’s existing spraying line requirements. The overall structure of the device is beautiful and generous, and will not drip or leak. The countercurrent rinsing process is adopted at multiple washing steps to save water consumption and ensure the cleaning quality of the workpiece. The liquid supply tank adopts a main and auxiliary tank structure, and a double metal filter is arranged between the main and auxiliary tanks to remove impurities in the tank fluid and reduce nozzle clogging.

Powder spray:

The drying method is hot air circulation, and a reasonable arrangement of circulating air duct system is provided inside the furnace body. The circulating air volume is designed according to the temperature difference requirement, the temperature is even, and the temperature automatic control and display device are provided. The hot air circulating in the drying furnace is sent to the air supply duct at the bottom of the passage through the circulation fan, and then is evenly sent into the passage through the air outlet. The air outlet is provided with a damper adjustment device to ensure the uniformity of the air supply. All hot air circulation ducts are located in the drying tunnel and are not allowed outside the drying tunnel. Both the air supply duct and the air outlet are made of hot dip galvanized steel with δ1.2mm.

3.In order to save water, all washings use a multi-stage countercurrent process. In order to improve the effect and quality of the shower treatment, degreasing is equipped with a heating device to improve the treatment effect of the degreasing liquid.

4.In the layout of the production line, follow the principle of smooth flow of the process route and short logistics route, and conduct equipment layout and general drawing design.

5.Moisture drying oven, powder curing oven: using gas heating (hot air convection cycle) drying furnace, furnaces using bridge structure, high energy efficiency.

6.Electrostatic powder spraying complete sets of equipment: using domestic quality and high-quality powder spraying complete equipment, automatic powder spraying, manual supplemental spraying, adopting a large cyclone plus secondary filter cartridge recovery system, which can be quickly separated.

7.Mechanized transport equipment: Considering the adaptability to the production batch and the flexibility of production and the convenience of the upper and lower parts of the workpiece, the design of the coating line adopts an assembly line production operation mode. The workpiece conveying is completed by the QXG-250 suspension conveyor, controlled by the PLC, and the degree of automation high.

8.The production line fully considers equipment energy saving, labor protection, environmental protection and fire safety, and complies with the coating operation safety regulations and related standards.

9.The supporting facilities such as fire protection, environmental protection, and three-waste treatment should be implemented at the same time (self-owner).
