2, The powder from booth by the recovery system  mixed with  air mixture, through the air filter, the powder left in the recovery system, and air discharge;

3. requirements about controlling

a. The platform rotates 180 degree per time, the location should be precious enough. The driving motor is PLC controlled.

b. Every time to paint the heaters, the automatic guns move up and down, driven by the reciprocator with different stroke and dwell time. The process is controlled by PLC controller & encoder.

c. When there’s no workpiece above the automatic gun, the gun will move up and  down, but will not spray enamel powder.
