Work process

1.The workpiece is hung from the upper part of the chain on the chain (maximum workpiece center distance 1.2m [original 1.4 meters]

 

2.The workpiece passes through the double-station spray booth at a constant speed and is sprayed by two sets of manual spray guns.

 

3.The workpiece is run into the curing oven (the maximum workpiece can be arranged in 5), the spray chain stops running, the curing oven door is closed, and the heating system is started.

 

4.The temperature of the curing oven is raised to 190 ° C and kept for 20 minutes; during the process, the upper part of the workpiece begins to be attached.

 

5.The furnace door is opened, the spray chain is started, the workpiece in the furnace moves simultaneously with the workpiece in the upper part, and the workpiece in the furnace is cooled out until the lower part of the lower part, and the workpiece in the upper part passes through the spray booth to start the spraying work of the next furnace.
